🏠 Shipping Address Responsibility

shipping address at checkout.
Sportory is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect
or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Any address changes or rerouting requests made directly
with the carrier after shipment are outside our control.


📦 Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking status shows Delivered
but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Verify delivery location around your property
  • Contact the carrier for additional details

If you still cannot locate your order,
please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
and we will assist you in working with the carrier.
