high-quality products. Please review the following policy carefully
before placing your order.


🎯 Our Policy Overview

Many of our products are made to order or produced
specifically after purchase. Because of this, returns and refunds
are limited to certain situations as outlined below.

If you experience an issue with your order,
please contact us within 15 days of delivery
so we can assist you promptly.


🛡️ Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will offer a replacement or refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Is incorrect or does not match the order confirmation
  • Has a clear manufacturing or printing error

Approved claims are typically reviewed and processed
within 1–2 business days.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead.


❌ Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer input errors (wrong size, color, or design selection)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
  • Normal wear and tear after use
  • Minor color or design variations due to screen settings

Please review all product details and order information carefully
before completing your purchase.


🕒 Order Cancellations

Because orders may enter production shortly after purchase,
cancellation requests are handled as follows:

  • Before production begins:
    Cancellation is accepted at no cost.
  • After production begins:
    A $20 processing or customization fee per item
    may apply.

💵 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
and are based on the amount paid for the affected item(s).

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Promotional discounts or coupons are not refundable
  • Processing or customization fees may be deducted if applicable

Once approved, refunds typically appear within
7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • All sales are considered final after 30 days from delivery
  • Items marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery
    are not eligible for refund
  • Sportory reserves the right to update or modify this policy
    at any time without prior notice
